Assessment
A condition survey identifies what is urgent, what is recurring, and what might be considered for improvement. The findings are recorded as the foundation of our shared file.

Routine maintenance is scheduled, repairs are addressed as they arise, and improvements are introduced in their proper season. Year by year, the file deepens.
